Who are we?

Evergreen Sleaford seeks to serve older and vulnerable adults in our community by improving their circumstances through simple and genuine friendships. Our volunteer befrienders are the cornerstone of all we do!

We are a group of volunteers from across the local churches and others who feel they can empathise with our christian ethos.

Evergreen Sleaford is committed to the teachings and values of Jesus in all areas of finance, staff, volunteers and the wider community. The work of Evergreen Sleaford is financed by donations from churches, business and community support.

We are closely linked to the Evergreen Care Trust in Stamford, being the first area to take up this shared vision of caring for the ageing population of our county and country. We feel privileged to be involved in working towards healthy ageing with God inspired solutions.
