Sleaford Caring Trust, operating as Evergreen Sleaford, is led and managed by a group of Trustees from across the Churches of Sleaford. This Trust, a registered charity, number 1148040, has 5 trustees and a secretary who is not a Trustee. They meet at least 4 times each year to oversee the working of the Trust.

The daily activities of Evergreen Sleaford are operated by a team of co-ordinators one of whom has an employed role with the charity and co-ordinates the work of the team.

There are increasing numbers of volunteer befrienders regularly meeting with their befriendees and who complete the necessary report and attend Volunteer information evenings at regular intervals through the year.
